 Menopause is a permanent termination of the menstrual cycle caused by loss activity ovarian follicles which enforced when experiencing amenorrhea for 12 months. When ovaries working and estrogen levels drop, woman will experience several complaints such as changes patterns, vasomotor, somatic, psychological complaints, sleep disorders, sexual urogenital osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease.
